// need a human?

Email [email protected] with your device model, iOS version, and what happened. If it's about a payment, include the date and pass type (we never need your card number).

$ how passes work

  1) pick a country         →  e.g. United States · NYC
  2) pick a pass            →  $1/1h · $3/24h · $7/wknd · $10/7d
  3) pay with Apple Pay → no account needed
  4) tap connect → PROTECTED · live timer starts
  5) running low? extend    →  +10m / +30m / +1h
  6) time ends → session stops. nothing renews.
Does Tiger VPN auto-renew or subscribe me to anything?

No. Tiger only sells one-time time passes. There is no subscription and nothing renews — so there is nothing to cancel.

Do you keep logs of what I do?

No. We never record your browsing, DNS queries, or traffic contents. We keep only minimal data — your selected country, total bytes for the session, and timestamps — for billing and abuse prevention. See ~/privacy.

I bought a pass but it won't connect.

First, toggle Airplane Mode off/on or switch Wi-Fi ↔ cellular, then reopen the app and tap connect. If it still fails, try a different country. If a paid session can't be restored, email [email protected] and we'll credit or refund the affected pass.

iOS is asking to "Allow VPN Configurations" — is that normal?

Yes. iOS requires your permission once to add the VPN profile so Tiger can create the secure tunnel. Tap Allow and confirm with Face ID / passcode. You can remove it anytime in Settings → General → VPN & Device Management.

Can I get a refund?

App Store purchases are refunded through Apple — request via reportaproblem.apple.com. If a session failed on our side, contact us and we'll make it right.

Which countries can I connect to?

At launch: United States, United Kingdom, and Japan — with more added over time. Switch countries any time from the picker.

Will streaming / a specific website work?

A VPN changes your apparent location, but we can't guarantee any specific third-party service will allow access. See ~/terms §07.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use Tiger as a guest. Signing in (Apple, Google, email, or phone) is optional and just lets you carry passes across devices.

How do I delete my data?

Email [email protected] from your account email (or with your guest ID) and we'll delete it. See your rights in ~/privacy §06.
